The short version. One form on this site collects what you type into it and emails it to us. There is no tracking, no advertising cookie and no analytics on this site today. We do not sell anything about you to anyone, ever.
Who we are
Highway 19 Media is a creative marketing business serving Tampa Bay and the surrounding areas. We are a home-based, service-area business — we come to you rather than having a shopfront, so there is no public street address to publish. Everything below applies to highway19media.com and to the work we do for clients.
What we collect, and why
Only what you hand us on the contact form, plus the ordinary server records every website keeps.
What you type into the form
The contact form asks for your name and email, and optionally your website, phone number, what you are interested in, how you heard about us, and any notes. We use it for one thing: to read what you sent and reply to it. We do not add you to a mailing list from it.
Ordinary server records
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, it records requests — the page asked for, the time, the browser, and the IP address it came from — to serve the site and to keep it from being attacked. We do not use those records to build a picture of you, and we do not combine them with anything from the form.
What we do not collect
- No accounts, no passwords — there is nothing to log in to.
- No payments are taken on this site.
- No analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie is running here today. If that changes we will ask you first — see the Cookie Policy.
- We do not knowingly collect anything from children under 13.
Who else touches it
Two companies, both doing a specific job, neither selling your details.
- Web3Forms receives the contact form when you press send and passes it to our inbox. It sees what is in the form.
- Google (Gmail) is where that email lands and is read.
- Cloudflare serves the pages and keeps the server records described above.
Beyond those three, nobody. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay in our inbox so we have a record of the conversation. If you would rather we did not keep yours, say so and we will delete it. Server records are kept by Cloudflare on their own schedule, which is a matter of days to weeks rather than years.
Your choices
Write to us and you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it. One email is all it takes, and we are not going to make you jump through anything.
Depending on where you live you may have these rights formally — under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California, for instance. We answer the request either way rather than checking whether we have to.
Security, honestly
The site is served over HTTPS, it sends a content security policy that limits what the page is allowed to load or talk to, and the form posts straight to the form service rather than to a database we run. We are not storing a customer database, which is the best protection there is. That said, no method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, and we are not going to claim otherwise.
Links out
Where we link to somebody else's site, their privacy policy governs what they do. We have no control over it.
Changes
If this changes we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is a big one — adding tracking, for example — you will see it on the site, not just here.
